Mills & Reeve in London is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor at Principal Associate level to join the growing Corporate team. You will work with a national practice of around 150 specialists, advising start-ups, spinouts, established businesses and multinational organisations on high-value transactions with autonomy.

You will lead on complex deals, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial awareness.
