The Role…
This is a true 360 position, sourcing world-class candidates and opening doors with global businesses.
For those new to the industry, we’ll teach you how to recruit through a blended learning approach.
For experienced consultants, we’ll hand you the autonomy to own some of the world’s most lucrative markets, underpinned by huge support.
The people who thrive here work exceptionally hard and immerse themselves in their markets to become genuine subject‑matter experts.
What you’ll earn…
Uncapped, zero-threshold bonus: You earn on everything you bill. And there’s an accumulator ramp up. The more you bill, the bigger the percentage.
Realistic OTE: Expect to double your base in year one, with six figures genuinely attainable. We have a proven track record, and several people are earning exactly that right now.
Progression…
Structured Career Path: You will progress as you bill. It’s really straightforward and is laid out in front of you.
