Senior Consultant – Business Advisory (Capital Programmes)

Overview

In this Senior Consultant role within Arcadis’ Business Advisory, you will help clients design, mobilise and deliver complex capital investment programmes. You will work across governance, mobilisation, operating models and delivery strategies to shape high-value outcomes for major organisations. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, lead workstreams, and support business development, contributing to Arcadis’ mission of sustainable, impactful projects. Responsibilities

• Structure complex, ambiguous problems and develop implementable solutions
• Conduct analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Deliver diagnostic and maturity assessments
• Influence senior client stakeholders and build trusted relationships
• Lead workstreams, manage scope, quality and delivery
• Translate complex issues into clear client messages
• Support proposals, bids and client presentations
• Coach junior team members
• Contribute to development of the Capital Programmes Advisory capability

Key requirements

• Leadership potential and experience supporting major change and transformation programmes
• Expertise in one or more capital programme capability areas (governance, mobilisation, operating models, PMO, benefits, risk)
