Surrey Downs Health and Care is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Specialist (NHS AfC: Band 7) to join the team at Leatherhead Community Hospital. You will work with diabetes DSNs, dietitians, and consultants to deliver specialist diabetes care across community services.
You will lead nursing practice, monitor outcomes, and ensure high-quality care while supporting education, research, and service development within the diabetes team.
