Medina College on the Isle of Wight is seeking an ambitious Deputy Head of School to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead strategically across safeguarding, behaviour, attendance and inclusion.

As Designated Safeguarding Lead and Senior Attendance Champion, you will shape culture, systems and practices so every pupil feels safe, known and able to learn. You will line manage key senior leaders and drive improvement through data and collaboration.
