NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

Overview

In this role, you will support a diverse client base, including international businesses, in commercial property transactions. You’ll handle purchases, sales, leases, renewals, and related agreements, while advising on UK property law. The position offers strong growth in a fast‑growing Holborn practice with global exposure and opportunities to develop business alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Advise international and domestic clients on commercial property transactions
• Handle purchase and sale of commercial premises, leases, renewals and lease assignments
• Manage portfolio of property investments and property finance matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts for sale, transfers, leases, agreements for lease, licences, guarantees and charges
• Coordinate with a global client base and ensure high-quality service
• Support marketing and business development efforts to grow the practice
• Contribute to development of cross-functional solutions within the firm
• Provide timely legal guidance across all aspects of commercial property transactions

Key requirements

• Solid track record in commercial property gained as a paralegal and during training
• NQ–2 PQE with desire to progress
• Appetite for marketing, business development and building a career in a multidisciplinary firm
• Ability to work with a broad, international client base
• Strong negotiation skills and solid knowledge of UK property law
