An established, multisitelaw firm in Liverpool city centre is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Property Department.

You will have at least 3 years’ recent commercial conveyancing experience and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organisational, communication and client care skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters
• Providing quotations and advising clients on costs
• Drafting and reviewing a range of property and security documents
• Conducting searches and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other parties
• Preparing reports on title and financial statements
• Completing SDLT/LTT submissions and post-completion work
• Handling transactions from instruction through to completion
