Advocacy Support Officer — Hybrid (Welsh required)

The Citizen Voice Body for Health and Social Care Wales (Llais) invites applications for Advocacy Support Officer in Bangor. The role is Band 4 with a fixed-term contract and 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working, and a salary of £28,819–£31,626 per year.

You will be the first contact point for potential clients and complainants, provide information in line with consent and confidentiality, and route cases to Advocates while recording details in our CRM. Welsh language ability essential.
