Health & Safety Advisor – High-Performance Operations

McLaren Racing is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to drive effective delivery of Health and Safety across operational environments. You will stop unsafe activity, owning key safety processes and ensuring practical application of standards.

You will lead inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and training uptake, promoting a proactive safety culture across the site and with third-party providers.
