Hybrid Quantity Surveyor — Major Projects & Sustainability

Gatwick Airport Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team in London Gatwick. You will develop cost plans and estimates for projects up to £10 million and assist with larger value schemes, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver value for passengers.

You will manage budgets, contract communications, and procurement considerations, while leveraging NEC/JCT knowledge in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. A strong QS background is essential.
