RMN Ward Manager | Mental Health Leadership (Leeds)

Search Consultancy LTD in Leeds is seeking an RMN Ward Manager to lead a ward specialising in adult women’s complex mental health care. You will drive clinical governance, lead nursing and support staff, and participate as part of the leadership team in liaising with external partners.

The role requires a qualified RMN with an active PIN, prior management experience, and the ability to travel to the Leeds location. A Monday–Friday contract as needed may apply.
