Young’s Pubs in Winchester is seeking a Head Chef for The Westgate. You’ll lead the kitchen, create fresh seasonal menus, and shape the food vision alongside the General Manager, with menus written on site and a live-in package.

You’ll have autonomy to design menus, lead a team, and champion quality food. The role offers pub-level autonomy and opportunities for culinary development and supplier trips.
