Lean Manufacturing Apprentice — 2-Year Training & Shifts

Essity in the UK offers a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship over two years, combining on-the-job training with formal study. You will work across shifts (four 12-hour shifts, two days and two nights) and develop practical skills while earning a wage.
