IT Support Engineer — Equity, Benefits & Impact

Qureight Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT tickets, handle device and identity issues, and support internal teams with specialist tools. You will translate technical details for stakeholders and help keep systems secure and productive across the business.

You will work with macOS, Entra, JIRA, and SaaS platforms while building runbooks and knowledge bases to improve self-service. Occasional after-hours support across time zones is expected.
