Senior Health & Safety Leader – Corporate Risk & Wellbeing

Pembrokeshire County Council seeks a Senior Health & Safety Adviser to lead the in-house Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing Team. You will provide expert guidance, training and advisory support across Council services, promoting compliance and a proactive safety culture.

Reporting to the OHS&W Manager, you will influence managers and employees, drive continuous improvement, and develop robust health & safety systems that protect the workforce and the communities we serve.
