Retail Health & Safety Lead, First Line Manager

The Range in Stowmarket is seeking a Health, Safety First Line Manager to lead professional safety across the organisation, reporting to Head of Health & Safety. The role covers compliance with UK legislation and driving a positive safety culture.

You will develop strategy, deliver inductions, investigations, and training, and liaise with regulators. Working hours are 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday, with occasional changes to meet operational needs.
