Surgical Ward Health Care Support Worker

Wye Valley NHS Trust in Hereford is seeking a Health Care Assistant (Band 2) on a fixed-term 12‑month contract. The post covers 34.5 hours per week with part-time hours considered, on the Primrose Elective General Surgery ward, providing patient care and support both pre- and post-operatively.

You will join nursing and midwifery teams, assisting with washing, feeding, mobility, and communicating with patients and families; career progression opportunities exist to Band 3 with experience.
