Oncology Ward Deputy Manager: Lead Nursing Team

Elizabeth Loury Ward in the NHS Cancer Services is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to lead a dedicated team and maintain high standards of nursing care on a 22-bed Oncology/Haematology ward.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and the willingness to undertake training in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT). You will support staff morale, training, and excellent patient and relative relationships throughout the cancer journey.
