Job Description:
NHS Lothian Pharmacy & Medicines Service in Edinburgh is seeking a Specialist Pharmacist (Band 7) to join the Mental Health Services (Acute Adult) team. This 1.0 WTE, 36-hour role is fixed-term/secondment for 12 months.
You will work with clinical pharmacists to deliver pharmaceutical care to vulnerable patients, conduct medication history reviews, maintain a high-dose antipsychotic monitoring system, and educate patients and carers.
