  • Translate user needs, research insights, and business requirements into effective design solutions
  • Contribute to the design of AI-powered experiences within Sage People
  • Create and iterate prototypes at varying fidelities to test and communicate ideas
  • Work closely with UX Researchers to validate designs and incorporate insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance desirability, feasibility, and viability
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
  • Ensure designs are accessible, usable, and consistent with our design system
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system and patterns

What you’ll work on

  • Managing leave and absences
  • Performance reviews and goal tracking
  • Workforce insights and reporting
  • Emerging AI-powered capabilities that enhance decision‑making and efficiency

What we’re looking for

  • Ability to synthesise research and feedback into actionable design improvements

Mindset and ways of working

  • Passionate about creating valuable, high-quality user experiences
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing ambiguity
  • Proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on ideas
