Customer-Focused Insurance Claims Advisor (Mon–Fri)

Watches of Switzerland Group in Leicester, at our Hallmark team in head office, is seeking an Insurance Claims Consultant. This full-time, Monday–Friday role is based at our Carlton Park office.

You will be the voice of support, guiding clients through the claims process and building trust over the phone. Bring retail or customer service experience, a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences, strong planning and organisational skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
