Assistant General Manager — Lead Teams & Drive Growth

Nando’s in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead Nandocas on shift. You will protect the bottom line while guiding service, operations, and performance, aiming to deliver a standout PERi-PERi experience to every guest.

You’ll manage a three-month ramp and ongoing development, using data and trends to optimise profitability, and you’ll contribute to a culture of teamwork and excellence across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
