Gearbox Test Engineer — Dyno Lab & Data-Driven R&D (Factory)

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Gearbox Test Engineer to lead development, validation, and reliability testing for F1 transmission systems within a factory setting. You will run full dyno tests, develop rigs, and drive data-driven improvements to ensure durability under extreme conditions.

You will analyze high-resolution test data, correlate results with simulations, and collaborate with design teams to optimize gear systems, lubrication strategies, and materials.
