Quantity Surveyor – Design & Build (Main Contractor)

Building Careers UK Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on design-and-build construction projects. You will manage project costs, procurement, valuations and final accounts, working with project managers, site teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has main contractor or design-and-build experience, strong cost-control skills and excellent Excel reporting. A Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent industry experience is required.
