Your new role n As Corporate Tax Manager, you'll manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses, delivering both compliance and advisory services.n Key responsibilities include:

• Managing corporate tax compliance and advisory projects

n

• Building trusted client relationships and leading client meetings

n

• Providing practical solutions to complex tax issues

n

• Supporting and developing junior team members

n

• Working with specialist tax teams to deliver integrated advice

n

• Contributing to business development activities and winning new work

n

n

What you'll need to succeed n Essential:

n

n
• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification

n

• Post-qualified corporate tax experience

n

• Experience managing a portfolio of business clients

n

• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation

n

n

Desirable:

• Professional services experience

n

• International tax exposure

n

• Team management and business development experience

n
