Asset Contract Manager – Housing Investment & Sustainability

Chime Housing is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Asset) to lead investment programmes, capital works, and compliance projects across our housing stock. The role focuses on contract delivery, surveying, and stakeholder engagement to improve safety, quality and customer outcomes.

You will manage programmes from inception to completion, monitor budgets, oversee contractor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting long-term asset strategy.
