Private Patient Concierge & Sales Advisor

Benenden Hospital is seeking a Private Patient Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for self-pay and privately insured patients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to bookings for consultations, tests and procedures.

You will manage enquiries using our CRM, provide clear information on services and pricing, follow up diligently, and help convert enquiries into timely appointments while maintaining excellent patient experience.
