Recruitment Operations Specialist (12‑Month FTC)

Leapfrog Limited is seeking an FTC People Advisor (Recruitment Operations) to coordinate recruitment activity and ensure new colleagues receive a positive introduction to the business.

You will work with candidates, hiring managers and agencies, handle pre-employment screening, onboarding, probation records and MI reporting, with a Level 3 qualification in Recruitment Practice or CIPD. This fixed-term 12-month role requires excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
