Digital Acquisition & Growth Specialist

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a Digital Acquisition Specialist to shape how customers discover and choose Virgin Atlantic using paid media to drive traffic, conversions and growth. You’ll manage acquisition across paid search, affiliates and aggregators with about £18m in media investment and £350m in sales intake revenue.

You’ll optimise activity, manage budgets across regions, and partner with Analytics, Digital and Technology teams to improve tracking, attribution and reporting.
