Onsite IT Support Engineer — Windows & User Help

ECS Resource Group in Whitehaven is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on, end-user IT support on-site. You will diagnose and resolve issues across Windows and Microsoft applications, logging incidents in ServiceNow and escalating as needed.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £25,000–£27,000 and a benefits package including life assurance and pension contributions.
