Senior Finance Process Consultant

Overview

In this interim role, you will shape global finance processes and SAP improvements through a mix of business-as-usual support and strategic transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement enhanced procedures, ensure compliance, and measure the impact of changes. You’ll provide finance operations guidance and prepare clear reports for stakeholders. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to drive efficiency and transformation within a leading professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing financial processes to identify improvements and efficiency gains
• Develop and implement enhanced financial procedures and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements
• Provide expert advice on best practices in finance operations
• Monitor effectiveness of changes and suggest refinements
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Support Accounting & Finance department in achieving strategic objectives

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems within the professional services industry
• Proven experience in process improvement and implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience of SAP4 Hana and/or SAP R/3
