Strategic HR Partner (UK & Ireland) – Hybrid Role

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to lead the UK & Ireland people agenda for a fast‑growing tech business in Newcastle on a hybrid basis. You’ll partner with site leaders to align the employee lifecycle with business goals.

You’ll drive capability, culture and performance, support managers across multiple sites, and ensure robust recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement initiatives, with occasional travel to Ireland and Europe.
