Client Accounts Support Specialist

Elis Ireland in Cookstown, Northern Ireland, is seeking an Internal Account Manager to support the Customer Account Manager and ensure quality of service, contract renewals, stock orders and customer queries are handled promptly.

You will work closely with CAM, Production, stores and distribution teams, monitor customer debt, raise invoices, process renewals, and contribute to monthly reporting while maintaining a client-focused, proactive approach.
