In this role you will lead and grow Ramboll’s Global Vertical Transportation team within Buildings Advisory & Consultancy, shaping the strategic direction and expanding capabilities. You will build and sustain client relationships while driving excellence across a portfolio of VT projects. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and winning new work to advance a sustainable future. Responsibilities

• Set direction and develop the Vertical Transportation team, leading by example
• Create and implement the VT strategic plan aligned with national strategies and Ramboll services
• Foster openness, inclusion, and oversee people development, performance, and training
• Promote collaboration across the team and with other business units
• Lead work winning, business development, and marketing activities (e.g., technical marketing, bids, client presentations)
• Build and maintain a positive professional image as a knowledgeable client contact
• Lead in preparing competitive bids and proposals to secure projects or contracts

Key requirements

• Extensive consultancy experience with deep domain knowledge
• Proven success in work winning, client care, and repeat business
• Significant client-facing experience and an existing client network
• Robust ability to communicate, inspire, influence, and negotiate
• Experience as a team leader with resource planning, career development, and collaboration
• Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
• Proficient technical knowledge of lifts and escalators
