BANKING & FINANCE (COUNSEL) (LONDON) (£175,000+)

We have bene instructed by the London office of a major global offshore firm to search for a high calibre banking & finance lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE for a counsel level role. The work will involve a broad range of matters including acquisition finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, real estate finance and fund finance. In addition, the role will have a strong execution as well as business development focus. You will need to be admitted in the UK and have gained your experience at a leading national, international or offshore firm.
