Port Enterprise Performance & Risk Implementation Lead , Enterprise Services – Financial Solutions

Overview

As Port Enterprise Implementation Lead, you will drive the deployment of PORT for sophisticated buy‑side clients across EMEA, focusing on portfolio analytics, performance attribution and ex-ante risk. You’ll bridge investment workflows, analytics configuration, data onboarding and programme delivery to embed PORT in live decision‑making. You’ll work with portfolio managers, risk teams and technology stakeholders to translate client needs into a robust operating model. This role combines deep analytics with hands‑on delivery and client advisory to ensure durable adoption and credible analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex PORT Enterprise and Performance & Risk implementations from discovery to go‑live
• Define scope, milestones and governance with clients and internal teams
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio structures, benchmarks and analytics validation
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data and Sales to ensure delivery quality
• Configure portfolio analytics, performance attribution and ex‑ante risk workflows to client processes
• Translate investment concepts into robust system configurations and validate outputs with clients
• Train users and drive adoption by linking analytics to better decision‑making
• Identify patterns and feedback for product and process improvements
• Support Sales and Account Management with domain credibility during strategic discussions

Key requirements

• Experience in buy‑side investment management or enterprise software implementation
• Understanding of portfolio management, performance measurement, attribution and risk management
• Knowledge of performance attribution methodologies and ex‑ante risk concepts
• Ability to analyze discrepancies between expected and observed analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience with data feeds, portfolio data structures and integration workflows
• Familiarity with APIs, Python, SQL or related data querying tools
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate under ambiguity
