Overview

As a branch-based Customer Service & Sales Associate at SIXT, you are the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and tailored service. You drive sales through personalized offers while handling rental agreements and inquiries with a service mindset. You work in a busy branch, supporting fleet management and contributing to a positive customer experience. This role offers exposure to SIXT’s mobility platform and growth opportunities within a global mobility provider.

Responsibilities

• act as the first point of contact for customers with a sales and service focus
• present tailored offers to customers to enhance satisfaction and conversion
• process rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries
• maintain organized, service-oriented branch operations
• support fleet management and learn about the vehicle fleet

Key requirements

• experience in direct customer contact in service, tourism or sales
• strong communication in English
• flexible, team-oriented and able to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
