Job Description:
Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Specialist Nurse for the CAMHS Intensive Home Treatment (IHT) service, based at Durham. You will lead clinical care, undertake complex assessments and work closely with young people and families to implement tailored care plans.
You will provide expert guidance to colleagues and partners, support governance and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of the IHT service.
