Interim HR Advisor — Hybrid Role Across Wales

Swanton Care seeks an Interim HR Advisor to support services across South East Wales and West Wales for six months. The role is hybrid with travel, partnering with managers on HR policy, employee relations and engagement.

You will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, policy reviews, and change projects while maintaining accurate HR records in line with legislation. CIPD Level 5 is desirable, and travel across the region is required.
