Share Schemes Tax Manager – Flexible Hybrid Role

MHA is seeking a talented Share Schemes Assistant Tax Manager to join the Human Capital Advisory team. You will implement share schemes for UK and international clients, including EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, LTIPs, and more.

You’ll advise on tax, commercial issues, perform due diligence, liaise with clients and HMRC, help with share valuations, and lead junior staff on projects while building strong client relationships.
