People & HRIS Coordinator – Recruitment & Onboarding

Essential Employment is recruiting a People Assistant for a temporary, full-time role at Barmston Mere. You will support recruitment coordination, onboarding and HRIS administration using iTrent, helping to drive fair, inclusive processes and timely information across the service.

This role includes working within the People & Culture team, assisting with pre-employment checks and daily HR tasks, with PAYE rate around £15.31 per hour.
