Ministry of Justice in the South West region is recruiting an Area Property Operations Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services across probation properties, custody facilities and HQ estates. You will manage contract delivery, lead site teams and work closely with clients and suppliers to improve service performance.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and travel across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, with Plymouth as a base.
