Construction Workshop Supervisor – Hands-on Training Lead

Loughborough College Group is recruiting for a Construction Workshop Supervisor to join the Stephenson College workshop team. This hands-on role supports the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in the construction workshop.

The successful candidate will ensure health and safety, conduct annual risk assessments (COSHH), organise safe storage, and maintain workshop cleanliness while ensuring adequate materials for practical lessons and apprentice assessments.
