Community Nurse (Band 5) – 36h, 7-day Service

NHS Grampian in Keith Health Centre and Fochabers Medical Practice is recruiting a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join our district nursing team. The post is 36 hours per week, permanent, based across Keith Health Centre and Fochabers Medical Practice, and requires a wide range of clinical skills with a commitment to a 7-day service.

You will be part of a friendly, flexible team, supported to develop person-centred care in the community.
