Senior Mental Health Practitioner – Recovery & Leadership

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Practitioner to work within a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Service. The role delivers specialist mental health assessments and interventions, promoting recovery and social inclusion for adults with complex needs.
