Brent Irish Advisory Service (BIAS) is seeking a Head of Operations to lead a small, high-performing team delivering welfare and housing advice, active ageing, volunteering and befriending initiatives across Willesden and Haringey locations. The role requires hands-on project delivery, strategic oversight and strong people management.
