Ward Sister – Inpatient Care Leader (Hospice)

Rowans Hospice in Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire seeks a Ward Sister to lead and coordinate care on the In-patient Unit. You will supervise Registered Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers, ensure care programmes are developed and evaluated, and uphold high standards of clinical practice.

The role includes line management responsibilities, rostering and ensuring safe, evidence-based patient care in a compassionate hospice setting.
