Global Head of Financial Crime & Controls

Capital.com is seeking a VP of Financial Crime to own first-line financial crime across the business, with two senior reports and a mandate to build a scalable function for rapid growth. The role covers onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, screening, fraud, and investigations across the customer lifecycle.

Based in Dubai or London, you will set strategy, shape the leadership team, and report to the Group COO. The position offers senior level influence and cross-jurisdictional scope.
