Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Metals & Mining sector.
• Build and analyse financial models and valuations.
• Prepare client presentations, board materials and marketing documents.
• Conduct detailed industry, company and market analysis.
• Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Approximately 2-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally with Metals & Mining or Natural Resources exposure.
• Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
• Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
