Job Description
As an SPO Specialist, you will be the vital link connecting Perk’s Marketing team, ensuring seamless planning, budget management, and administrative coordination. Your role involves supporting Marketing Leadership by managing the quarterly OKR cadence, overseeing the marketing calendar, and handling budgeting and Purchase Order (PO) processes. You will also be responsible for team operations, including onboarding, the Learning & Development programme, and coordinating offsites and events.
A significant part of your responsibilities will involve optimising processes and team operations using AI, partnering with AI leads to identify and prioritise tools that reduce manual work. You’ll automate repeatable tasks like PO/invoice tracking and budget reconciliation, acting as the bridge between Marketing and the company’s AI/upskilling programme. Additionally, you will be embedded with various marketing teams to set up their operations or support major launches, leveraging tools like Asana to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements
- Comfortable owning team logistics and administration (bookings, catering, calendars) alongside higher-level operational work.
- Strong operational and project management instincts; comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity.
- Solid working experience with Asana (or equivalent) for cross-functional planning and reporting, not just task tracking.
- Budget/PO administration experience in any function.
- Confident in AI use to improve workflows and productivity.
